Green Biscuit - Founded by Tom Pederson

Tom Pederson with 5 seasons in the NHL (four with the San Jose Sharks and one with the Toronto Maple Leafs) is one of the few people that is perfectly suited for developing this product.

Tom grew up in Bloomington Minnesota playing youth and high school hockey for Bloomington Jefferson. He then played collegiatly at Minnesota before turning pro in 1992. Tom is a single father of two beautiful girls and resides in Los Gatos, California.

Tom is the director of hockey for Ice Oasis of Redwood City, which is owned and operated by Ken Yackel Jr. Tom has also been involved in developing hockey players in the bay area for over 10 years.
